Versatile Brit, opening my own and hopefully others’ minds, realising activities and fantasies sometimes shaded as shameful or sinful, as being truly healthy, joyful and healing even. For me, this is part of a journey, a metanoia of what has at times been heartbreaking pain and shame into gain: more wholeheartedly loving myself and life and, hopefully, paying forward a legacy of kindness and love.
